Nicolai, I'm sorry but your withdrawal cannot be processed due to nationality issues. Our terms don't allow Russian players to receive bonuses. The system issued it automatically as you appeared to play from Portugal, but your account hasn't passed the verification process. Therefore your winnings will be forfeited and initial deposit returned. I apologise for the inconvenience and if you have any further doubts, you may ask them directly to me or to our verification team at [email protected]

nicolai cuncev
wait what
who told you what im russian?

Green
Sorry, Moldavian
I got confused with your email

nicolai cuncev

Green

Same link I sent this morning

nicolai cuncev
you dont have to see nothing about moldova,im recidential of portugal and i sent you my portuguese documents

Green
Please note that our terms state that players from Moldovia aren't eligible. This doesn't mean that the player has to be in Moldovia, simply hold a Moldovian nationality. The reason is that we've have an incredible amount of bonus abuse coming from Moldovian players in the past, so we had to ban it. Coincidentally, all this abuse came from Skrill or Neteller.

nicolai cuncev
IM NOT FROM MOLDOVA GOSH
sorry for kaps

Green
Nicolai

nicolai cuncev
alright im wasting time here, guess need to type about this situation on askgamblers

Green
What do you mean you're not from Moldovia?
It says so in your passport
Or is it wrong?
Can you offer an explanation as to why your email ends in .ru?

nicolai cuncev
what says my passport? so read it better,im recident of portugal, moldova is just my nacionality,i borned there and dats it
and why i need to explain about my mail,im russian speaker,so maybe this is means what im russian?
im sorry but your logic insane
you wanna say what im bonus abuser? you saw my skrill screenshot? vip bronze lvl, means what im abuser? i got here from askgambler to find new for me casino and waste some time play a little
im registered like in 30+ famous casino and im 100% honest i never had problems like this,im recidential of portugal,i have my portuguese document what clearly confirms that
i just cant understand what is your problem..

Green
Nicolai, please send an email to [email protected] for further questions. They might require further documents
Such as utility bill

nicolai cuncev
could be from bank account?

Green
Not sure Nicolai. I'm not in charge of verifications. If you could please send a request to[email protected]
They'll request the adequate documents
Or upload both types, that way you cover it
So that you don't lose time with emails
Access your profile, same section as before, and upload a utility bill

nicolai cuncev
ok understood
have a nice day,see you soon

Green
However Nicolai, we never process cashouts from Moldovan players as it's against our terms
Regardless of passport from another country

nicolai cuncev
nope you are wrong on this situation
im portuguese recidence i played from portuguese ip
i sent you an portuguese document

Green
Yes, but that doesn't change the fact that 100% of the Moldovan players we had before changing our terms were Moldovan
nicolai cuncev
so im portuguese player,not moldavian
Green
sorry, bonus abusers

nicolai cuncev
cmon
what bonus auser you talking about?
you saw my skrull?
skrill
vip bronze
im first time here
i passed from askglamblers referal link

Green
Well, unfortunately Skrill's loyalty system favors players with many transactions. In my experience it has lost value since many players simply deposit and withdraw in order to receive loyalty points in Skrill and move up in their loyalty system to enjoy lower fees
So it's not a part of our verification process
I'm not saying it's your case
I'm just saying it's not part of our verification process

nicolai cuncev
you just calling me bonus abuser, because my nationality is moldovian right?

Green
In the same way that I'm not saying your an abuser for being Moldavian, I'm just saying MOldavian players aren't bonus eligible as a precautionary measure
And that's why it figures in our terms

nicolai cuncev
gonna tell you one more time
im recident of portugal
and registered as portuguese player
anyway guess im supposted to type about this situation on askgamblers

Green
I'm sorry you have decided to do so Nicolai

nicolai cuncev
this situation really new and insane for me

Green
I'm sorry for the frustration. We usually avoid it by not allowing the player to redeem the bonus, but since you registered as Portuguese the system didn't detect it
nicolai cuncev
ofc i gonna register like portuguese,im living in portugal and im portuguese recident

Green
Yes sir, but if our terms state that players from Moldova aren't eligible, we assume that players read our terms (hence why they agree to them upon sign up)
nicolai cuncev
in every casino im registered as portuguese
players from moldova, who lives in moldova can provide you nothing, just documents from moldova
im not on this case

Green
But sir, you are from Moldova. It states so in your passport
If a player is born in Moldova and then lives in another country, he still is Moldovan
nicolai cuncev
its just says nationality

Green
https://www.chancehi…ons/bonus-terms-and-conditions
Exactly, nationality
nicolai cuncev
exactly what? are lots of countrys what can have double nationality
or even triple

Green
If one of the nationalities belong to our prohibited list, then the player isn't eligible
I apologise because the bonus was issued when it shouldn't have, but this was only discovered upon verification
That's why the system didn't detect it

nicolai cuncev
sorry cant see about nationalities in your terms

Green
https://www.chancehi…ons/bonus-terms-and-conditions

nicolai cuncev
its just says country
it means people who lives there
Players from the following countries are bonus restricted

Green
Exactly. Where are you from, sir?

nicolai cuncev
7:23 pm
i live in moldova? no
im from portugal
